sorry not sure how to start new question. But what does DC FILE REC SEC mean?
Aliceson – We’re not completely sure. It’s District Court file received but we’re not sure what the SEC stands for. Something else to add to the list of questions we have for them. It’s a shame they are not subject to open records requests. It would be easier to get information out of them.

what does CC Bnd / MAR
Marcus – We believe that means County Court bond but aren’t 100% sure. It is one of the terms we are trying to get an answer for from Pre-Trial. They are worse than what we had to go through the first time around for the commissary lists. (We do have updated commissary lists that we got with no problem this time around, thank you Sheriff Salazar). One of the main problems is that the judicial branch is not subject to open records requests so it’s hard to force them to do anything. Even something as simple as telling us what their abbreviations mean. We’ll keep working on it.

We would like to ask our readers to help spread the word about our website. Please recommend us to people you know. Thank you.
What does that mean exactly? Like a bond was paid? Or is it a document?
JJ – Yes to both. The judge lists an amount that must be paid to get a person out of jail. The process is for someone to come pay the bond. When they do a document is generated showing the bond has been paid. The document goes to the courts. They don’t have all that money floating around. There are even accounts set up for attorneys with a certain amount of credit on them that can be counted towards a bond. It’s a very complex system.
We would like to ask our readers to help spread the word about our website. Please recommend us to people you know. Thank you.
Ok. So if someone got out on a P.R. BOND, then they didn’t have to pay an actual bond, and the document showing it was a P.R. bond was received by the court? Sorry I’m just trying to clearly understand.
JJ – A personal bond means you are basically giving your word that you will appear in court. It allows you to avoid having to pay the bond amount. There is a processing fee, something like $25 or $50 we think. You do not get that amount back. The bond being sent to the court is the judicial side. That is not an area we try to address. Our answer was based on what you said was listed on the arrest information. We do think some kind of documentation is sent to the court to show the bond was paid and probably what kind of bond it was.

What does it mean when they say “DA INFO TO CCF”? I know District Attorney and Community Corrections facility……but i don’t know what it means.

Okay Question…That I SHOULD know the answer to being a former Bexar Couty Detention Officer (although it was 10+ Years ago…) I need clarification because in this case I dont want to assume I am correct or trust that the listed info is correct. For the Comment Code: CC-PRB is the listed info stating it stands for County Court P.R.Bond the ACTUAL or ONLY possible meaning for this code OR could it ALSO mean County Court-Probation? In which case what EXACTLY would that mean for someone pending magistration. I just want to make sure I’m not missing any possible options for a different outcome and if it was going to read RWOB in the comments would it already day that or would that change only after seeing the magistrate?
