New Phone Service Provider

The Bexar County Jail has switched inmate phone service providers.  The new company is ICSolutions.  Go to the Inmate Phone Calls section to see the information on ICSolutions.  Their phone number has also been added to the Other Agencies list.

Estell – Sorry, but this is a problem with your phone service. The only thing that you can do is change phone companies.

Ms E., you can infact contact ic solutions and apply money to your account for the inmate to call you. I put $40 on an account and my husband is calling me. for that $40 i was charged 50.52 on my debit card and it is enough for 10 calls because they only charge 4.00 to connect… now you can only talk for 15 mins but hey if there is not a line, he hangs up and calls right back.

Bryan – This is a private website. We are not the Bexar County jail. We attempt to help people who are dealing with the jail system. The phone account you set up should have been through ICSolutions. They are a private vendor hired by the jail. Once the account is set up and money put in it you should be able to receive calls. If you are having problems contact them at their help number.
