09/22/2014 – Attempted Escape
Inmate Julian Morales attempted to escape from the Bexar County jail. Morales was performing supervised work duties when he fled his work area. He was immediately caught and returned to the jail. Morales was considered a low-risk offender. He was in the jail on two non-violent charges.
