07/24/2017 – Female Inmate Dies
While doing rounds a Bexar County guard found a female inmate who was unresponsive. The discovery was made at 8:18 am. Bexar County medical staff worked on her until the paramedics arrived. The 41 year old woman was taken to the downtown Baptist Hospital. She was pronounced dead at 9:00 am. The identification of the woman has not been released pending notification of the family.
