07/08/2017 – Bexar County Deputy Arrested for Assault
Bexar County Deputy Michael Pena was arrested by the San Antonio Police Department on assault charges. The incident occurred Saturday afternoon. It is alleged that Michael Pena assaulted a family member. The incident is under investigation by SAPD and the District Attorney’s Office with the cooperation of the Sheriff’s Office. Pena was placed on administrative leave.
